Return Conditions

  • Items have been received by Shirty Style. within 14 days from the date of delivery. 
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied with the returns items
  • Photos of the faulty items have been uploaded to the returns portal and approved by the customer care team. 
  • The item(s) are in the original new and unused condition with all packaging, boxes and tags attached. Please ensure you take extra care in packaging to ensure they are protected during transit. We do no take responsibility if items are damage during transit.

How Return An Item

  • Simply visit our returns portal and follow the steps
  • Stick the label in a clear position on the outer packaging of the parcel
  • Send your item back
  • Await for your return updates via email
